So Layed Back

Enjoy Crackle Barrel everytime we go. Customer service is fair & welcoming. Food takes forever to be prepared but always hot & good!

Very Nice

This is a very good environment, it has nice customers and a pretty nice staff. The food is very, very good as for breakfast food. I would recommend Cracker Barrel to others!

horrible

Poor service, dirty tables...the server took forever to come to our table, the table had dried food caked on it, had a high chair for our daughter...it was filthy, ordered a side salad ....it never came, asked to refill my ice t...it never was refilled, server never checked in on us, the floor of the restaurant was filthy and the time we went to the restaurant was not busy, will never go to this restaurant again

I love Cracker Barrel but the service at the Waldorf one is NO GOOD. There ALWAYS messing up orders or taking forever just to bring you a drink and that's on a slow or busy day. They are ruining the reputation for Cracker Barrel.

Horrible experience. Waiter insisted the water that was brought to our table counted as the kids "drink" for the kids meal. Manager intervened, we askedfor juice boxes with their meals. When the check came, we had been charged extra for the juice boxes. Another manager corrected the check, then we went through the entire ruckus again at the cash register who questioned the corrected check. Never again.
