        After purchasing a ring that turned out to be defective and the wrong size, we returned to the store to get It resized and fixed after being informed we could do so. We than were told we cant resize the ring and a manager put me on the phone with customer service to order a ring online and did not inform me i was going to have to pay for it again. The manager than disappeared and left me on the phone with an extremely rude customer service representative. I eventually just left with a broken ring and nothing done to resolve the issue today. EXTREMELY disappointed i expected more.
