I brought Bandit, my Schipperke, to the vet on OCT 27, 2012. He had lymphomic cancer. At the time he was under the care of a VCA vet and was taking prescribed prednisolone to help keep the cancer at bay.the vet gave me Buck Mountain Neoplasene Oral 300 (QTY 30) with a marked off syringe to provide the proper graduated amount for his food. I was also furnished a prescribed diet. That weekend I got the ingredients and started Monday morning. That day he was fine. Tuesday night he stopped eating. The next morning I took him to the VCA hospital. The vet told me that there was no hope, he had gotten so weak. He was euthanized Wednesday at 11:30 AM. This has left me wondering: Did I do the right thing taking him to this vet? He still had life in him. Did I kill him by seeking help?

Dr. Fujioka is the only vet that knows alternative medicine as well as traditional western medicines. Her diagnoses are spot on, and she gives excellent advice and does not rush into using drugs as the only form of treatment. I trust her implicitly and will not proceed on any treatement or changes to my dog's diet without her approval.

Dr Carol Fujioka is a very good vet. Although she is busy, almost overwhelmed with patients, she is one of the best vets I have used for the past 20 + years. She isn't very talkative, but she is very good at diagnosing the animal's problems, and has always done excellent procedures on my animals. In addition to providing allopathic vet medicine she also does naturapathic, and acupuncture. She is a very competent doctor, and I recommend her.
