Kitchen Remodeling
Complete gut & build-back of approximately 14,000sf of space on the 4th floor of Triangle Tower for Principal Financial Group. This fast-paced project will be completed in less than 4 months. The new space will include frameless glass entry doors, quartz countertops, and sweeping views of Central Waco at every perspective.
Flooring
Build-out of approximately 3,400sf of shell space to create a Cyber Lab for the development and training of students in the realm of cyber security. The lab space will consist of a raised access flooring system to facilitate data cabling throughout the space and back to the in-suite server room. The cabling and flooring system doubles as a teaching tool for students to gain a better understanding on the infrastructure of a Cyber Lab while also allowing maximum flexibility for the professors to modify, rearrange, and expand the facility.
Framing
Conversion of existing gym into classrooms and science lab spaces. Scope includes all new framing, finished, lab equipment and all MEP necessary for fully functioning lab spaces. All work to be completed in 10 weeks
Tile Installation

Room Additions
New Construction
New construction of a 21,150sf two-level competition gymnasium that includes a basketball court, weight room, offices and meeting space, a classroom, bathrooms, locker rooms, concession area and storage space.
Demolition
The project scope of work will include, but not be limited to, some demolition, remove some existing door frames and hardware, repair existing gyp board and clean exposed concrete surfaces and remove old ceiling tiles. The new construction will include, but not limited to, new wall construction, new finishes, new millwork, new MEPF configuration (including through existing/occupied spaces), security door card readers, and corridor painting.

This $18M project will enclose open-air walkways around Jr. High & High School campus, add perimeter fencing around the entire campus, add 13 new classrooms while renovating another 15. Other improvements include a new kitchen & cafeteria for the entire campus and upgrading the existing band hall.

Mazanec Construction breaks ground in May 2022 on a new 167,000-sf, concrete tilt wall single story speculative warehouse on 19 acres with 43 dock bays and a complete E.S.F.R Fire Sprinkler System. The new warehouse is in the Exchange Parkway area for ease of logistics and transportation. Completion is set for December 2022.

Residential Roof Repair
Complete tear-out of an existing 3-story building on MCC campus to modernize and repurpose the facility so that it can accommodate classes from various departments across campus. Scope also includes installing new sloped roof steel structure and standing seam roofing system to match new campus standard.
