Sara the office manager is by far the most rude and unprofessional person I have dealt with in a long time. My son was seen multiple times. After finally getting a medication that worked, it required a prior authorization from the office. It was like pulling teeth to try to get them to do anything. First it was we didn't get anything from the pharmacy, then it was, oh I can't talk to you because of HIPPA (even after verbal consent and a notarized consent from my son). It was excuse after excuse. The staff refused to let me speak to the provider or even leave a message for the provider to call me. Don't waste your time or money going to this place. They have locations in Waco, Gatesville, Temple and Georgetown all ran by the same incompetent unprofessional staff!

I went to what they call a "dermatolgy" clinic more like a quack job ! my appointment was at 2 wasnt seen till an hour laterly , i went to the receptionist and ask when i would be seen and she said i thiught you were with soneone else and waiting . after all that madness i was seen by a rude older lady whos obnoxious voice keeped asking me questions i already answered twice and gave me a cream and said come back when you need us? who does that!!!! taking my business somewhere else !

This place has deplorable patient service. Charged for a "follow up" that was a minute glance at my face that THEY burned. Ridiculous.

Save yourself the hassle and find another clinic. I had 3 SAME DAY rescheduled appointments, if you have nothing to do during the day, this is the clinic for you. Waited for 2 hours when I finally had an appointment confirmed. Had a mole removed - was not properly numbed before they began to remove it, and it was not completely removed. Don't go through the frustration which comes with this clinic

If they tell you not pay for a follow up. Pay!!! I was told there wasn't a co-payment for my follow up. They lied and I had to pay. I will never go back to this clinic.
