Well i would have to agree with the other 2 post, this has by far been the WORST service i have ever received. At this point i cannot even get them to return my phone calls for the TV i have there.

This is the service that Best Buy uses when you purchase a service plan, which I had purchased. They came to pick up my TV after the woman on the phone notified me that if the TV was mounted under 4 feet on the wall, the technician would be able to unmount it. However, when the technician showed up at my home to get the TV he said "Best Buy doesn't pay us to get these TV's off the wall" --- oddly, I thought that was part of the job. Not only did he reply to me with that statement, he then proceeded to call his manager who then asked to speak to me and told me that they didn't not ever say they would unmount the television. Which I am 100% positive that is what she said, otherwise, I would have done it myself. They spent 45 minutes unmounting a TV from the wall - which seemed a little odd to me seeing as how they are an electronics store. In addition to the rude attitude I was given, they NEVER answered my phone calls, they NEVER returned them. I called once at 3:00 o'clock and their message came on as "We are closed for lunch, call back at a later time" - which was virtually impossible. They lied and told me the TV would be ready one week only for me to call the next week and the parts hadn't even been ordered. This is the WORST service I've ever experienced and I would have gladly PAID to take my TV elsewhere.

Lied mutiple times. First they had three weeks to look at the tv. They wouldn't answer the phone for warranty information and they wouldn't answer the phone when we called. When they did answer the phone they said they would diagnose and call back the next day they never called. We went to pick the tv up and take it somewhere else and they told us the tv was disassembled. Ten minutes later they told us they couldn't find the tv and told us to come back and get it in 30 minutes. We waited in the parking lot they came out 10 minutes later and told us that their technician was in the hospital and they would repair it with in 3 months. Finally gave us the tv and took it to Master Tech Repair in Temple, TX fast service don't use anyone else.
