We bought a Preza inkjetter fr...

Update - two more since first printer, love these guys. We bought a Preza inkjetter from Superior about a year ago. It prints great on our bottles and is really simple to run. We haven't found anything better or cheaper. Would definitely buy again.

We have never had a bad experience when receiving products from superior case coding. Customer service reps make sure to always answer my questions and make sure im a happy customer.

Horrible customer service.

Called for help regarding a very important issue for the company and they insisted that there was nothing they could do for us. Really bad attitude from customer service representative.

Not recommended AT ALL.

HORRIBLE Customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their guarantee i'm sure is BS, they have the rudest staff, they refuse to give out names of anybody you speak to probably because they're all so rude and completely disregard any need or desire to help you. How they're still in business is beyond me.

I purchased a Preza Mini in January. I followed the instructions that came with the printer. I connected it to the supplied line conditioner. By March, it was not working. It would not boot up when powered on.



I contacted Erika Mendoza (she answers every phone line, seems very defensive and acts as a militant gate keeper) to resolve my problems. She insisted that I return the printer and all of the supplies for diagnosis. Then, she blamed me for a card failure in the printer and charged me $265 for supplies and shipping both directions.



I later discovered that Superior Case Coding is a re-seller of Easyjet Ink Jet Systems. The Preza Mini is actually an Easyjet E200Plus. The solvents, inks and other materials are relabeled Easyjet products.

We have been using Superior's equipment now for about three or four years. Just got another new coder. All their sealers and the coders have worked out well for us and their pricing is really good and dependable shipping. Superior is a good resource for me!

Good deal on the mini date coder, good little printer! When we buy ink it ships the same day we order it and gets here in one or two days. Nice change for us. The print looks great on our products as good as or better than the photos they sent with their quote - better than expected, thanks!

Very helpful with the coder and the conveyor. They ship same day and the equipment worked out perfectly. Saved about $6000 that would have been out the window had I not found them.

Bought a coder from them that did NOT work. They would NOT return our calls or offer assistance. We opted to return the machine (in 3 days!) but they would NOT provide an RMA and in fact said they would not accept IT back! We contacted AM EX to dispute the charge. They LIED and told AX that we would not return the machine! We sent AX ALL THE PAPERWORK showing we tried repeatedly to return it! They tried to wait us out to be out of the AX dispute period. I assume this is a standard practice on their part! We still have their crappy machine, waiting for pick up! WARNING!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEY ARE QUITE VERSED IN HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU CANNOT RETURN AND/OR DISPUTE!!
