Start To Finish

I'm not happy with the service provided by Start to Finish. We had a service person come check out our water heater. He ordered a new part and returned a week later to install the part. Our water heater does not work after paying $500.00. When I called back, I was told I needed to get a new water heater. That's a lot of money to pay for nothing.
