David's Bridal

I had read bad reviews prior to visiting the store, but thought nothing of it until I actually went there. When entering, the workers did not greet or acknowledge me when I came in, although they did look at me and saw that I came in. As I was browsing through the dresses they did not ask if I needed help or anything. I went to ask a question and the lady at the front kept typing on her computer and tried talking to me at the same time. She did not even look up at me once. She just told me to look a the catalog. They were very unhlepful and had poor attitudes. And the store wad extremely empty. If I were you, go to a Davids Bridal elsewhere or even a better bridal shop .Getting your wedding dress for your special day should be a fun experience.. And this store wont cut it.

I agree with the previous review and I haven't even bought anything! I have shopped at David's Bridal locations before without any problems. However, the Vista location is terrible! I am the Matron of Honor and went with the bride and two bridesmaids to shop for the wedding dress. Both the manager and sales consultant treated us as an inconvenience. They were rude and obnoxious. The bride asked me to assist her in trying on gowns and our consultant obviously was irritated that SHE wasn't the one in the dressing room with the bride. She then made nasty comments to the other bridesmaids about how it would "take us a long time" because we don't know what we're doing and that she "could have done things a lot faster." Well, I've been in seven weddings and have done this many times. I'm sure she was surprised at how quickly we got the bride changed from gown to gown. We went there three times and was treated disrespectfully each time. At this point, I'm only going to purchase a David's Bridal dress because the bride has just told each of us to find a style in the color she selected. (Some of the bridesmaids live out of the area, so selecting a chain store is the easiest way to go.) However, I will go out of my way to avoid having this particular store get my business. I've even started looking on Craig's list to try to buy a used gown and will settle on a style that may not be my favorite just to avoid dealing with these people. They turned what should have been a special day for a bride with her best friends into an awful experience. All four of us were extremely disappointed!
