Costco

Today I went to Costco in Vista CA and LINDA GRAY one of the managers was very rude to me and my 2 years old son! I am speechless!! My husband has had a Costco membership for over 5 years and we usually shop at the Carlsbad location. We never had a problem there, but this Linda "lady" at the Vista location was so rude, unhelpful and very condescending. All of this just because my husband was not present (He is the membership holder). I had his card with me and after I answered a bunch of questions regarding my hubby account to prove who I was, she pretty much yelled at me and said that does not matter that we live in the same household but the membership is not transferable. So I asked her to hold my shopping cart until later so my husband could stop by to buy the items and she said NOO we don't have enough SPACE to keep it here. In addition I very kindly asked her if I could at least purchase the Thomas the Train book that my 2 years old had become very attached to. She said " I am sorry, but do I need to go over the rules with you, AGAIN?"

I hope that Costco will retrain this person sooner than later.

I like the layout of this costco. Food on 1 side everything else on the other side. People are friendly and fast. it's a 1 stop and shop. and the gas prices you can't beat them. BRR
