I got so lucky with finding David Haghighi!!! He is the BEST agent I have ever worked with! I have purchased 3 properties and he stands far above ANY agent I have ever known or worked with!!! He answered all of my questions in a VERY professional manner and really had patience with me!!! I have to admit I may be hard to deal with and have high anxiety but he handled me VERY well! He also was very professional with dealing with other agents and also my lender. In fact he referred me to an excellent lender and Im very happy. David knows his stuff!!! He knows the area well and he knows alot of people. He also has helped me with getting a tiler, painter, inspector, (who got me a discount) I just cant say enough about David. He will go way out of his way to make you comfortable all the while being a new dad! Its important to have his family happy while dealing with many customers and he does it to a tee. Also if something is not right he will make it right. He gets it done!!!

We began our search for a new home in September of 2012. Not knowing any Realtors personally, we had to trust the internet for our choice of someone to find our perfect home. We were emailed by many agents and we decided to go with David based on his prompt response to our inquiry and his professionalism. David called and spoke to us personally to get a feel for what we were looking for in our perfect home in our price range. He then began to send us possible listings on a daily basis that fit our criteria. We were able to sift through them at our leisure and let him know if we were interested in seeing any of them. We could not be happier with our home and with David. He also was extremely knowledgeable in home financing and has connections with great lenders in a variety of financing options something to fit any situation.

David is sharp as a tack, and extremely capable as a real estate professional. As first-time home buyers in 2010, he was able to hold our hands at each stage and help my wife and I really understand the process- responding rapidly to tons of questions via email and phone. Whenever we ran into obstacles- big or small- his creativity shown brightly and he was able to navigate us through them keep a smile on his/our faces: a true class act. I first met David when I was considering a move to Carlsbad. David showed me many homes in the $ range I gave him.All were of good taste and all met my requirements.I decided to move and further look, later.I asked about rentals.He picked me up the next day with a list of rentals in the area that I selected.The first one was ideal and I rented it. After I had moved, one year later, I contacted David to help me, again, find a home in my area. Too make a long story short, he found me one.He also, sold my wife's townhouse in less than 2 weeks.
