Just beware. I dropped off a down blanket,
and when I returned the following week, I was given a down comforter, which I picked up through the drive-through. I pulled over, because I thought it looked different. I realized it wasn't mine. I turned around and took it back.
I explained to the owner the difference between a blanket and a comforter. She took my number, but never got back to me.
I went back every week, and it was never found. It's difficult to understand the owner, and I was told to, "go and come back later."
When I did speak to her son, his mom had apparently told him that, ''I" was not telling the truth. "Mom trusted you." I believe my King size down blanket was given to someone else, so I'm out the price of my blanket plus the fee they charged me for cleaning a blanket I never received.

This place didn't do a good job with my clothes. I took a coat and it didn't seem like they had cleaned it at all it still had the same stains. Then I went again and took my husbands coat, it seemed fine but when I was taking it out of the bag it was full of cat or dog hairs!! I called them and they said to take it back but were very rude the lady even hung up on me. I went and all they did was clean it with a roller. I was out of there very mad! I will definitely not go there again!!!!

I brought my pants for alternations. They had them for over 2 weeks..They told me that they would be done in 2 days. I went back to pick them up and they couldn't find them. The girl working couldn't speak english. handed me a cell phone at the window to talk to owner who told me she was eating now, come back later. I went back later in the day and they had found them but hadn't done anything with them. I asked for my refund (you have to prepay) and give me my pants. They wouldn't give them back to me. Told me they would be done in 10 minutes. I came back 3 hours later and they were done but they didn't offer any kind of discount or anything. They were rude. DO NOT GO HERE! They are mean people and not responsible with your clothes

I had an on going problem that lasted about 3 weeks regarding some silk Tommy Bahama shirts. Two of the shirts had the same stains like they were never cleaned and one of the shirt's pressing looked worse then when I dropped it off. They explained that sometimes they use to much steam while press them which causes the embroidering on the back to look wrinkled. The seams, sleeves were also wrinkled. It looked like it was put into a washing machine and not dry cleaned. They never fixed the problem and one of the shirts still had the Little red tape indicators next to the soiled spots. The shirt was obviously not cleaned again. I took the shirts one hour martinizing on Main st and they fixed all the problems. They charge more but they're consistent with good work.
