I received my son's Senior Graduation pictures today in the mail. The large white envelope plainly states "YOUR PORTRAITS ENCLOSED DO NOT BEND" So instead of the mail deliverer leaving the envelope at the door, he bends the envelope and puts it in the mailbox. So now I have to go out to a photo store and try to get the crease out of the portrait. The individual that was in the truck was a stocky, bald headed man on truck number 0227223 (Sept 13, 2016). I confronted the driver and "Thanked" him for ruining my son's photo. He didn't have anything to say, I told him I was filing a complaint. Which leads to the second problem. I tried calling the Delivery Supervisor for the last hour straight at 757-486-8655, and have gotten nothing but a busy tone. So I guess they don't wish to answer their phones. I wish I could give a NEGATIVE STAR rating, but that's not possible. Very disappointed with the professionalism and lack of respect towards their customers.

My delivery person is so incompetent and lazy that, rather than get out of his/her truck to deliver a package he/she left it on top of the structure surrounding my mailbox. It has been pouring rain and the paper back music scores I special ordered are ruined. Rain nor snow nor sleet...my foot! You should be ashamed of yourself, you who "serve" Great Neck Pines! One star is too generous!!
