The Muffler Shop

The welders here did not disconnect my battery prior to working on my bike (welding 101?) and fried my battery. I'm out a battery and the shop won't accept responsibility for what happened. I understand that they do not typically work on motorcycles, and were willing to do so to accommodate me, but the fact that they were not even willing to cover a portion of the cost of a brand new motorcycle battery to replace the less-than-one-year-old battery I had reflects poor customer care. I will not return to this shop with my car and will not recommend it to others.

If I could afford it, I'd take out a full page ad letting everyone know how refreshing it is to deal with folks who know what they're doing and who are honest. I brought my van in one time with a noise that I just knew would cost me a bundle. They told me I had a loose bolt, fixed it and sent me on my way! I've been going for years. I'm so thankful for them!!!

I was referred to them years ago for a muffler to pass state inspection. I would recommend them to anyone wanting good and honest work done. I've had tire repairs, state inspections, two front brakes, mufflers, and other items repaired there and never once had to go back.
