Sears Auto Center

Pretty quick service. I dropped by car off to get a set of new tires. They completed the job within 4 hours and they called me once it was ready. They recommended a few other items too. Overall, very happy with the service.

Waited an hour just to get to the counter. Girl on the counter left her post 3 times and never came back the 3rd time. Other guy stepped up to assist but only to find out can't help me at all. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place. The girl on the counter this morning was lazy, rude and doesn't smile.

My vehicle came out worse than when it went in! when they finally did fix it, I think they broke something on purpose. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!

really it deserves less than one star, took my car in for basic matainence - I dont know much beyond basics with cars and was pressed for time - i they took advantage, it took 2 days and my car ran worse afterward. I had to threaten them just to agree to fix it. I trusted the fact it was under Sears and not some random mechanic, but I guess you can't trust any of them out here. Theyre nice to you but that's b/c theyre conning you out your money.

Do NOT take your car here! We took one in for a $400 radiator issue and they blew the engine and then refused to even talk to us about it. The repairs ended up costing 10 times what it was supposed to be originally and took weeks to figure out. The people here are liars or they just don't know what the heck they are talking about. Either way they destroy perfectly good vehicles and then won't own up to it.

always a pleasant experience, clean, well stocked and easy to see prices. Sales people are friendly and don' bug you all the time
