Jack Rabbit Storage

I recently got a new storage room at the Jack Rabbit storage facility on shore drive. The manager working was so incredibly helpful and patient assisting me when choosing a unit. He is very professional, nice and efficient. The place is pretty spotless and obviously run very well. If you are looking for a storage room I would suggest checking out this location because you will have an excellent experience. Very professional.

Since our first day, we have had nothing but a great experience with this storage company. They have always gone above and beyond in assisting us when needed. They are very polite, friendly and courteous. The establishment is super clean, well lit and in an excellent location. My wife and I are there almost every day, and the managers are always out and about, with a broom or trash bag in her hand. The grounds are spotless. We would highly recommend this location, and its management, to anyone looking for a safe and well maintained storage facility. This place is top notch!

The main reason I went with jack rabbit was property is always clean and secure. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful! Prices are close to others, too.

We found this place while searching around our new neighborhood for a storage place. We tried one of the larger, national storage chain stores but found out that they didn't really offer any "specials" to move in...plus the girl working couldn't really tell us much about climate control storage - pros or cons. The manager working at jack rabbit storage gave us a tour of the place, showed us several sized units to pick and gave us the pricing on all. Rates were comparable to others but it was the customer service and knowledge that really sold us. Recommend - at least - checking these guys out if you need storage sometime.

Three big pluses with jack rabbit....efficient, knowledgeable and cordial. Rare these days!

It was a pleasure doing business with a company which provides the customer service I have come to expect being in the service Industry. I was very pleased to get ahold of someone who was friendly and with knowledge of the storage industry. The storage rates (and insurance rates) are affordable. I will continue to give jack rabbit my business in the future because I am more than pleased with the outcome.

Total customer satisfaction. Easy to move in (paperwork didn't take too long), easy to pull up to my space to unload, friendly people and very helpful, clean lot and well maintained. Another place offered me "climate control"...what do I need it for? A waste of money in my opinion. I'd recommend this place to others.

Excellent customer service, excellent rates, etc... A very pleasant transition overall. I will use them for future storage and will recommend to friends.
