        I called Friday afternoon (5/1...

        I called Friday afternoon (5/18/12)and I was told they would be at my house Saturday (5/19/12) morning around 9 a.m. One guy finally showed up around 1 p.m. He ran a diagnostic and said he'be back. Two other times he was supposed to come but all I got were excuses. I finally went to the shop because all I got were empty promises and excuses. I couldn't get any money back (I paid him a deposit for the diagnostic), and he had neverr cashed the check. But within the hour of me going to his shop the check was cashed. Then he called and left a voice mail with MORE excuses.

        The company should be called BROKEN PROMISES AND EXCUSES, INC.

        ELEVEN days from his visit to the time I went to his shop. I saw him ONCE.

        I couldn't post this without a STAR RATING so he got ONE...but derseves NONE.
