Cuttles Dog Grooming

My dogs absolutely LOVE going to Cuttles! I have 2 large greyhounds and 1 small dachshund. I have been bringing my dogs there for over 6 years for doggie daycare, grooming and boarding. The ladies always taken great care them and keep them safe. They are loving and responsible care givers that treat my dogs like their own. They have made themselves available to us in a moments notice and have been extremely accommodating. I especially like the open layout that they keep as opposed to other places that crate and kennel. They have the freedom to play with other dogs, socializing, running both inside and outside. My experience with Cuttles has been exceedingly positive and I HIGHLY recommend it. I wouldn't take my dogs any place else. Not ever!

This is a very poor and irresponsible business. They put my relative's dog (who weighs only 7 pounds) in a lot with dogs that weigh 50-60 pounds. When my relative picked her dog up, she couldn't walk on her back legs. She immediately took her dog to the vet and x-rays showed that she had torn ligaments. The vet was certain that one of the bigger dogs pounced on the small one, which caused the damage.

To make matters worse, the people who run this business deny that they are responsible for what happened. They have not even apologized for it.

Bottom Line: avoid this business no matter what!

one of the owners was very rude to me considering i am a new client. I asked her about bringing my dog early because another co-worker told me i could and she also informed that they opened up at 7AM. The owner yelled and said who told you that you can't bring your dog early and i open up at 730, on the website it states they open up at 7. It was also a problem that my dog wasnt neutered, when he is still a puppy. I will never take my puppy there again nor recommend them to anyone.

My dogs love going here. I was concerned that with all the dogs running around there would be disagreements, but not true. They all play nicely together. It's like a play date with a bath,.
