Comfort Suites Beachfront

I enjoyed my stay there and I will recommend it for anyone I know visiting VA Beach. The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous and professional.

Great location, great price, for off season, wanted to book a room during the summer months but the price quoted was to rich for my blood. The front desk staff was friendly, and the staff during breakfast was pleasant. Even through it was cool outside, the staff allowed my wife and I to watch the parade from the lobby, which was cool.

Have stayed at a couple of hotels in Virginia Beach. This one is the best! We stayed in corner room 901. Two balconies, huge walk in shower, just a really nice room and great view. Hotel staff are all very friendly and keep up with cleaning the rooms, halls and elevators. Melissa was very helpful with restaurant suggestions. Jovian (I know I am probably not spelling it right, and I'm very sorry for that) at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices and a different meat every morning. It was a very nice stay with no complaints whatsoever. Thanks to everyone for making our vacation great. If we come back your way, will be sure to stay here.

Our experience at Comfort Suites was fantastic! The staff were genuinely kind, accommodating and always met us with a smile. Our room was VERY clean. Didn't feel the need to "re-clean" before unpacking. Slept well in the comfortable king sized bed. Our room was on the 3rd floor, end, and noticed no noise disturbance. The breakfast area was roomy, clean and well stocked. Although we didn't utilize the outdoor pool due to the weather, the pool area was beautiful. It was very relaxing to sit at the outdoor gas fire ring during the evening. My husband noted that all safety equipment (extinguishers, door closures, etc.) were all up to date, evidence that the building is properly maintained. We were able to walk or bike to all our favorite establishments and will definitely be staying here in the future!

The hotel was exactly what we wanted, on the beach with a terrific view of the ocean. Spacious living area and separate bedroom with wet bar, microwave, and mini-fridge. Televisions and balconies overlooking the boardwalk in both the living room and bedroom. Free breakfast daily with eggs, sausage, make-your own waffles, juices, etc. with a lovely, smiling attendant helping with any requests or questions. We'd especially like to thank the front staff; Melissa, Jessica, and Olga, for helping with our myriad of questions. They offered references and provided answers and were a joy. We look forward to returning to Comfort Suites Beachfront, perhaps in the warmer months!

What a wonderful staff! So friendly and helpful. The suites are super nice with a great view of the ocean! The bedroom has a door so someone can nap during the day and not be disturbed. The kitchen area is also very nice with a good size counter. The bathroom is very spacious.

Great suite hotel - every suite has a beachfront balcony. Nice layout of rooms allows for a family to still have some privacy with the separate bedroom/living room. Clean place with a friendly staff! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice experience on the boardwalk.

The turbulent weather over Neptune weekend did not dampen the staff's mood; they were on their game providing excellent service.



The oceanfront room had a magnificent view of the huge waves...did not see any dolphins but still enjoyed in spite of the heavy down pour.

This hotel is incredibly nice. Staff are sweet and helpful. We stayed on penthouse floor. The views are amazing and dolphins played in front of the hotel. Our room had two bedrooms and a living room. We also could see the military base planes flying over.

So jevaughn is a Rockstar! Stayed here for a conference and never wanted to leave! Jevaughn always had fresh coffee and sports updates for me in the morning what more could I ask for?! Great hotel, great staff, fabulous experience.

This hotel is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed at period. The rooms are well appointed, and spotless clean and spacious. The shower was out of this world. The hotel staff courteous and great. The hotel is centrally located on the beach to everything. When ever in Virginia Beach this is the hotel you want to stay at.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are the friendliest staff of any hotel we've stayed in. Rocky, the Houseman, "rocks"! If you need anything at all, ask for him - he's one good dude. We remembered him from when we stayed at this hotel last year, and it was like seeing an old friend again. Jamie, also a Houseman, is also a great guy. Olga, at the front desk, is a sweetheart. She went overboard to help us get an important letter printed and mailed. Melissa, also at the front desk, is super friendly. Even the folks who are more behind-the-scenes (like Andy in maintenance and the housekeeping staff) are so friendly. The entire staff made our stay so much fun that I can't wait to see them again next year.

The hotel is located exactly where we wanted to be. We love the easy access to all different kinds of activities.

Visited this hotel when it was Station One, but I am a dedicated patron of the Choicehotels. We have visited this Comfort Inn since they have remodeled and just love the deco. The personnel are extremely helpful and pleasant.

Everything we expected and more. Not only were the rooms extremely nice but they were extremely clean. The large glass shower was so much better than others in hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

I came to Virginia Beach with family, and had an amazing time. Caity at the front desk was so helpful with checking us in. She put us in a room on the first floor, which had a great horizon view of the ocean, and I could people watch from the balcony, which was a plus. My family parked our car right on our floor, and the car was able to stay there the entire time! When it was time for dinner, she gave us great recommendations for restaurants around the hotel. It was a fantastic weekend.

Let me begin by saying the front desk staff was excellent, they always had a smile and greeting each time we came through the door! They were very helpful each time we stopped to ask questions or ask for suggestions on where to go or where to eat, and they never once acted like we were a bother or unwelcome.



We were located on the eighth floor and the view of the ocean was spectacular! We stayed over the fourth of July and the fireworks were set off directly in front of the hotel beach side. We couldn't have asked for a better view.

The Comfort Suites was awesome. The facilities are clean, spacious, and comfortable. Centrally located and just a quick walk to anything/anywhere. What set this apart from the rest, is the staff. They truly enjoy their jobs and are genuinely concerned with guests experience. The front desk was exceptionally accommodating with dining and entertainment suggestions as well as getting us extra towels or parking passes for my sister (who lives in the area). Caity, Colleen and Josh are the best. Even Joe from maintenance was helpful finding luggage carts when it was time to check in/out. Always friendly. The breakfast was good too. Definitely recommend this place and plan to go back next year.

A great hotel. Stayed on the 7th floor corner room. Full kitchen, Jacuzzi, sweeping views of the ocean, wrap around porch and very clean. Loved it there. Cannot wait to go back. Stay here you wont be sorry.

We arrived earlier than the check in time but were immediately welcomed and given directions to the pool, beach access and restrooms until our room was ready. While walking on the beach they called my cell phone to let us know we could check in. The motel is nice with a beautiful ocean view, good breakfasts and the pool and hot tub are very nice. The thing that makes this motel stand out above the rest is the staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel "at home". Some of the staff that stood out to me were Kate, Jessica, Josh and Julie but I'm sure there were more that I didn't catch their names. We certainly will be back!
