Bye's Towing & Recovery

I never do these reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after the excellent customer service I received. Mr. Jeremy Bye was actually the third person I called when I was stuck on the side of Indian River Road. While the first two gave me attitude, Mr. Bye was professional and pragmatic. I would definitely do business with again.

We were stuck on the other side of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel when we needed a tow. He came promptly and was very friendly. His prices are very fair and he was very nice. I like the fact that he was the owner. You can't go wrong calling him.
