I had Baines come out to give me a estimate on a new system came in a lot cheaper than most big companies I have a great system now an couldn't be happier thanks again guys

I contacted Baine Inc here in Virginia Beach VA since they were listed on the Frigadaire web site.and I say they had the worst service I think I have ever seen. I took a day off of work so they could come out and trouble shoot the stove and after 6 hours of waiting, they call me and tell me it's the key board and he would have to order the parts and wait 7-10 days for the part. Once the part was received we set up an appointment to install the part. Another 8 hours of waiting wastes since they never showed up. The next day they showed up and when they didn't ground themselves when installing the new key pad, they shorted it out and it doens't work right. Then they try to tell me is was working mostly and wanted tme to pay for the part which I later foudn out that only the 1-3 keys worked and I stopped payment on the check.
