All Pet

I bought my hand fed baby love bird there over a year ago and continue to go there for all my supplies. They are very reasonably priced and the people that work there have become like family to me! Most importantly, I love that when I have to go out of town I feel like I can rest assured that my love bird, "Chili Bear", is in great hands with his original Mommy, Sue, who he possibly loves more than me. They take great care of all the pets there, whether they are being boarded or the ones they will be selling. Anthony is also such a great person and never laughs at me when I call for my "Chili" updates when I am away. All in all, All Pet is a FABULOUS and AWESOME place! :)

I purchased several items from this store and when I got home they were not what I needed so I returned them a few days later. I understand that when I write a check that they have to wait 10 days for it to clear and I was fine with that.. I asked if I could have a store credit because I needed other items... the manager said that I could not because it was store policy to not exchange things until the check clears. I asked her what is the difference between the items I have now and the items I needed? If my check bounces it doesn't matter what I have..still she insisted it was store policy and that was that. I went to the All Pet at Hilltop and asked if that was their policy and they said no they had never heard of such a thing. Very poor customer relations.... I will never shop in there again.

Wow, that was the single most ridiculous and slanderous review I've ever read.



All-Pet is a wonderful store who cares more about their animals than any other pet store in the area. All of their animals are well kept and happy.



It's not their fault that you aren't competent enough to keep a frog alive.



So far, you're the first person I've ever heard complain. I've never had any problems with their crickets and will comtinue to go to them for all my pet needs.



And by the way... I think you need some mental help. You seem a little paranoid.

I have visited this store twice in the last 16 months. Both times the items I needed were available. Any questions I had were promptly and professionally answered by the staff.

It was a pleasure shopping in this store.
