        Overall

        I don't recommend using this company. We placed an order and received a Hoist that had been installed and taken down from a previous customer. The hoist was not what we ordered at all. The hoists that were sent out for repairs were never repaired and we tried for a couple weeks to get answers and finally received e-mail the hoist would be returned.
