Unacceptable service. The owner has to approve the applicant(s) &he's never available. My son searched for a roommate and both are enrolled@ Cumberland Co College& both relied on housing with the company. Neither my son, his potential roommate and 8 other applicants are awaiting a decision. I know it has been 2 weeks for my son& his roommate since the application was submitted along with $150 for a credit check. Horrible service.
