Cocoa Bay

I have been here multiple times for different services and every time, I feel like I am being judged. No matter who is helping me, I feel as they make me feel "less than." I ways tip quite generously.

Also. It's SO UNprofessional when people bring their children to the salon when they are working their shift. But then again, it's Vineland... So should I be surprised? And I am the one who is being judged?

As far as cleanliness is concerned, the place is a mess. The floors are filthy. Their "waiting area" is a joke. A lawn bench amongst a hair drying chair, really? Come on. Upon getting waxed, numerous times, from different people, they use the same stick to dip into the pot of wax. That is the biggest no no!!!! I was completely appalled when I saw/experienced this.

I only return because of their spray tans... but trust me, once I find a comparable place, goodbye covoa bay forever!!
