I had a terrible experience - I payed for 2 day shipping for my package to arrive at 8pm last night and it's been "in transit" since 6pm yesterday, which is ironic, because the Chantilly VA office at least isn't open on weekends!! Then, after waiting 20 minutes on hold (actually a little over), I was contacted by a customer service representative who was able to access the same thing I could see online and call the same office I had called before - the only difference was, she got the days/times wrong of when they were open!! I agree with the above poster - this is a terrible company and Amazon.com def should stop doing business with them!! In the meantime, I highly recommend going to their facebook page and commenting and tagging Amazon in the post so that they can see how many people are upset! facebook.com/lasership (Also a customer service "person" will message you back but I doubt anything will be accomplished...) Although, after being on there I noticed that they had removed the ability to see negative comments on previous posts. As of now you can still post on the two or three most recent. I'm disgusted with this company.
