        Bait and switch! The sales rep called to offer a $29 oil change. After I dropped off my car, the service rep called to tell me that my car required a higher grade oil, which would more than double the price. This happened even though they know what kind of car I drive. Because I had already dropped the car, I went for the bait-and-switch this time, but I will not be going back.

        I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS VEHICLE SO FAR EXCEPT THE SEAT BELTS ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH ECSPECIALLY THE DRIVER'S SIDE.
