US Post Office

This place is completely unprofessional. The have admitted that they delivered a package worth $300 that was for my son to the wrong address. It has been almost a month and there have been no results on retrieving this package back. I have called countless times only to either be hung up on or be put on hold for hours. The customer service for this place is a complete joke. I want my package found and delivered!!
