H Street Collision Ctr Vctrvle

Went into the shop three days after accident because of dealing with insurance company(May 15). Spoke with the team member who said my car would be done at a certain date. Which is two weeks. I Repeatedly kept getting alerts my car would be done at a later date ( June 9). About June 22nd the third week i go into the shop and my car is still sitting the way it was when i brought it in. I Told the associate how dissatisfied i was and he said it was just gonna be another week. Now i had to wait another week an a half. I did not pick up my car until (July 3). Not only just a day before a holiday but for my car not to be repaired correctly. I notified him and he tells me it's because the pieces won't latch in place. Isn't that why you bring a car to the shop is for them to repair it to how it was right?! From the shop to home the bumper had specs. My door now doesn't close all the way and i hear wind crackling. This company needs to not accept more than Three repairs because apparently they have a timing issue and holds your car hostage.
