I was satisfied with my visit, but not satisfied enough to make a purchase. The salesman was fantastic - met me shortly after I entered the store, gave me his name and said he would leave me to look around, and to ask for him if I had any questions. I didn't feel pressured in the least (and I appreciated that greatly).

I don't like the pricing system in place. I was specifically looking for a couch. I found a couch I really liked...and if I bought it as part of some kind of big 'set' (couch, love seat, coffee table, end tables, 2 lamps, a rug, a throw, and a 5-piece accessory set) [I think that's everything that was included] then the cost was very reasonable for the grouping. However - just to buy the couch alone cost about 70% of what the grouping cost. That was just a little ridiculous. I'm all about bargaining and grouping, but I would have felt obligated to buy the whole package just so I would have felt as though it was a good value. That just didn't work for me.
