Pro Nail

Went in for an eyebrow wax and I've been there before not the best but OK for the price. Well I'm use to one of the lady's doing my eyebrows and today when I went I'm very disappointed with the job this girl did 1 she was rude 2 she didn't trim them 3 she did not clean up around my eyebrows after waxing them just a big miss she didn't even shape them correctly I'm very upset right now. I suggest you go somewhere els for an eyebrow wax.

I understand that anything can go wrong but when a company doesn't make it right....well, it's just BAD! I had shellac nails (toes and fingers) done and it took FOREVER (like 4 hours). They removed my polish with a sander instead of acetone wraps. That night in the tub the shellac started sliding off. I called the salon and no body spoke speak English well enough to help me. All they could tell me was they would give me a discount on my next visit to fix the problem. I went back and they removed my polish with a sander, AGAIN! My nails are PAPER THIN now. I will never go back and discourage anyone from going to Pro Nail.

been to get my nails done here before by a technician named Sam... who is awesome.. do not let a technician named Mary do your nails... horrible, sloppy, and ghetto!
