A V Cruz Roofing

He told Mr Cruz he wanted to see the finished roof before he paid for it to make sure everything was as we asked. Mr Cruz said that was fine. Oh, and they put on the wrong vents which I noticed and made them change to the ones we wanted and told them at first! Anyhow, they finished the job on a Thursday and Mr Cruz told me a price we could pay if we paid him that day and I told him I had to wait till Saturday when my husband came home from working and he said ok. My husband had already told him he wanted to see it before we paid him in full. Well my husband came home Sat and wasn't pleased with how the roof looked because like I said it wasn't high definition as we had asked for. We felt since we weren't happy with the job paying him the price he told us 2 days ago would be fitting. At the end it was decided that's how it was going to be...we are stuck with the roof they put so that was that. Now 2 years later our roof is leaking and we called Mr Cruz and he refuses to fix it!

At first when I met Mr Cruz he seemed really nice when giving us out estimate to replace our roof. After meeting with two other roofers we decided to go with him. BIG MISTAKE!! First of all we picked our color and wanted a "high definition" roof put on and we're willing to pay the extra for it. My husband works in the oilfield and was out of town working when they started the job.

A new roof is a stressful situation but from the moment I called Mr. Cruz I felt nothing but secure. He can and measured my house without me having to be there (the price was incredible!), and they even got to my house within the week, but the best part everything was done by the time i came back from shopping!! And no mess!! Even now the roof looks great not like some roofs I see that have all kinds of dips. Thank You Mr. Cruz!!
