After selling my house two years ago, I had to put part of the profit from the sale into an escrow for six months. TWO YEARS have now passed and I still do not have my money NOR do I even know the status on it, because he will not return my phone calls. Amazing how he was paid UP FRONT for his services and now will not even return my calls. I call twice a week, EVERY WEEK and all I get is a message saying that my call will be returned at their earliest convienence. I truly believe he has kept the money for himself b/c I just cannot imagine the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism that he has shown, and continues to show. If you ever want an attorney, I would highly suggest you choose someone else. My next step is to go about trying to report him to the Mississippi Bar association and check into seeing how I file criminal charges on him
