I give it no stars. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The gentleman on the phone told me because I wouldn't stop chewing his ear off that he would make sure the package was never delivered. I told him it would be easier for me to go get my package and deliver it myself. This man should not have a job involving any customers he has no enthusiasm for his job nor any respect for people who have just lost a loved one. I will never recommend UPS to anyone. Maybe their customer service center should take lessons form FED EX. And if this gentleman hates his job so much give it to someone who cares about people. I sure hope they get rid of him and read all these complaints.

I was having trouble getting a package delivered and Alexa at this Customer Service office was not only very helpful in tracking down the driver and getting him to redeliver the package, but she was patient and friendly, as well. She took what was an aggravating situation and made it better. Thanks.

Packages being delivered in my mailbox...........UNACCEPTABLE..twice in a week..STOP or I report...federal offense for anyone to be in my mailbox except my U.S. Mail Carrier or my family.....Packages have always been delivered to my door and that's the way it should resume .

Had 4 packages delivered today; they were put into the front seat of a car in the driveway. Good thing it was a friend's car and not someone visiting my neighbor. Called UPS and was told they were delivering packages that way to avoid theft from outside and that theywere sorry and would let the carrier know not to leave my packages in vehicles.

Very dissatisfied because I was told incorrect information from the clerk working there. She told me I had no packages when in fact I did and it got sent back to the store I purchased it from. Therefore requiring another shipping fee. Really pissed off. They were Christmas gifts.
