        Overall

        We called and spoke with Amber and she was very helpful and put us through to Chris. We were dealing with an issue we inherited with our new home in Lawrenceburg and Chris and his team were stellar. They arrived on time and communicated with us. They even took went the extra mile and put boot covers on before walking through our home. They had the unit operational in under an hour. They came when others said no due to the winter storm we were having and seemed to understand that we had no heat and needed them ASAP. They were polite, professional, gracious and very reasonable.

        We couldn't be happier with the service they gave us and will use them again, but hopefully not too soon. This was in January 2016.
