R & R New Parts & Salvage Inc

I have attempted to contact R&R for the last week and there is no answer and no voicemail or machine. I believe we live in a time where voicemail is necessary especially when running a business. I, myself, am attempting to contact them about a defective product that we received and need to have refunded and send back the product. This is not a way to run a business. If there are other consumers out there looking to buy any product from R&R...I would suggest dealing with them directly/face to face not ordering via the interent.
