Coldwell Banker Paradise

I had my rental property managed by Coldwell that was in excellent condition. They found me a good tenant; however, they gave 30-day notice to vacate, but my property manger never informed me. I had to find out when my rent check was significantly reduced and had to call him. He promised he will return my property the same condition I left it to him. That was a lie and have pictures to prove it! Tons of damage and filthy and he wanted me to cover the expense. Unprofessional and unethical people at this company.

Rented a home for $1300 a month. We moved away, our contract was finished. The next month even though we didn't live there and our contract was over Coldwell withdrew $1300 from our checking account. 10 days later we still have not received our money but only the email saying they will. Be careful.

I had an excellent overall experience working with this agency. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know!

I cannot say enough great things about Michael Boyd. He was very professional as well as knowledgable, and his customer service was outstanding. Both he and his assistant were always available for any questions via phone or email. He made our first time buying a home a pleasant, memorable experience.
