We owned another full service swimming pool business for fifteen years before buying Coastal Deck Co Because of this, we are well versed in pool cleaning, repairs, remodeling, and new pool construction and design. Our experience as business owners in Vero Beach has taught us that customer satisfaction is the most important thing. We pride ourselves in building the highest quality pools and decks. Many of our pools incorporate interesting and functional design elements such as water fountains, deck jets, sun shelves, spill over spas, swim outs, beach entries, kiddie pools, the latest in lighting and computerized control technology, and much more. These functional additions increase the beauty of your new pool and the enjoyment you and your family will experience. Swimming Pool Remodeling: If you already have a pool that is starting to show its age, don't worry because Coastal Deck Co can make your pool look as good as new again. We go above and beyond in the steps taken to remodel a pool to make sure the pool will not only look brand new again but last for years to come. This remodeling process is great for giving your pool a whole new look and fixing any problems you may be having. It is also a great opportunity to add water features, such as fountains, or even a hot tub to your existing pool. Clean and Seal: We pressure wash and paint patios and driveways to freshen them up. This often includes crack treatment, general repairs, etc. Spray Deck Topping: We "top" concrete patios, pool decks, walkways, etc., with a concrete material that is applied with a hopper and knocked down. We generally do approximately 50% coverage and finish it with two coats of concrete sealer/stain. The customer chooses the color, and we include non-skid additive to keep the surface from being slippery. Spray deck can be done plain or with a pattern ( squares, diamonds, random pattern, etc. ). This is a very economical application, ideal for swimming pool decks, and easy to maintain.

        Very poor experience this morning at 8am 4/1/2016. I called to see if someone would come out to give me a quote for a pool. The lady on the phone asked where I live and if it's in a gated community. (it's not). After that it was very clear she wasn't willing or wanting to work with me. She kept prequalify me and asking me for my budget. I explained that I don't know because I have never installed a pool. She then said (and I quote), "Well, we don't do screen enclosures and if your budget is between $30,000- $40,000 for a pool and deck, then we can't help you. We aren't the cheapest." I was pretty shocked and disdained at how she treated a prospective customer. I never said I was shopping around for the lowest price, although she clearly assumed so. I am willing to pay for quality over quantity since I work as a designer and sales associate for a custom local business and opt for superior customer service and quality over a price tag. (They don't seem to offer either).
