        Overall

        Terrible customer service. Employees are lazy and unwilling to help except for pointing you in a direction. I asked for help from different people for different items and got the same responses.

        Then I stood in a line for about 10 minutes and was told that I needed to take a number so everyone went in front of me. All I wanted was 1/2 yard of felt.

        I walked out of the store.

        How do they stay in business except for the fact that they must be the only store like that in the area.

        I don't know how they stay in business except that they are the only store around that sells that much stuff/
