        Jeff Addison managed my 8 unit...

        Jeff Addison managed my 8 unit apartment building for six years prior to my selling it. He sent my "rental check";like clockwork. By the time I sold the building it was in much better condition than when I purchased it. He kept it in good condition, slowly upgrading the interior and exterior as the rents increased. This made it much easier to sell rather than the usual, for me, harried fix up at the last minute. It also made it less expensive, per unit, to replace and repair as I went along.



        Jeff handled the sale of my building without a hitch. He is currently looking for a slightly larger building for me. He is a great guy. A plus is that he speaks Spanish fluently which has been an advantage when we needed in-person rent collection.
