Kinetico Water Systems of SWFL

We recently moved into a brand-new home. In the past, we have had water softeners in our homes in Michigan, West Virginia and Florida so we wanted the same good water in our new home. Wanted to keep those pipes clean and take care of the fixtures not to mention how much better it feels. The tech from Kinetico Water Systems of SW FL with offices in Bonita Springs and Venice (it was the Venice office that served us) arrived at our home at the scheduled time, neat, clean & polite. He installed the M4040S model in our garage – what a beautiful installation. He had to bore through the garage concrete walls and it was so neat and nice, we are very fussy. He answered any of our questions as he worked and when he left the garage was clean. Water is so much better now and we like that it doesn’t use electricity and we always have soft water (no regeneration at 2am). We had a few questions regarding the system before and after the installation and Rick Kelly and the office staff are all polite and very helpful. Nice company to do business with.

We are very satisfied with our purchase of Kinetico water treatment products, including a water softener and an under sink reverse osmosis (RO) water filtration system. We found that the hardness of the city water from our local utility was on the high side, resulting in spotty glasses and wash not coming out clean. We also were concerned about mineral deposits accumulating in our pipes and water heater over time, which could lead to very expensive repairs. These issues have been completely eliminated after installing the Kinetico water softener. An added bonus is a nice “feel” to the water now when showering, with lots of suds and a fresh, clean rinse. Also, we are enjoying our crystal clear, filtered water from the under sink RO unit for drinking and cooking.  It tastes great and is nearly 100% free of chemicals and contaminants. The entire process of dealing with Kinetico was a pleasure from start to finish. Chuck, the territory manager, was pleasant and knowledgeable, addressing our concerns and questions without ever being “pushy” or trying to sell us something we didn’t need. Our service tech, Mike, discussed installation options with us and thoroughly explained how to operate and properly maintain the equipment. A few days later, I called the office with a couple of questions and the ladies were able to take care of my needs on the spot. We are very pleased that we made the decision to do something to improve our water quality and highly recommend Kinetico.

I recently moved from PA and purchased a home in Venice. There was a water softener already at the home and I thought with that and a Reverse Osmosis system under the kitchen sink I would be all set with my water. Boy was I wrong! After taking my first shower in the house I realized that there was a huge problem. My water had a lot of sulfur and taking a shower made my entire house stink and it left a residue on my skin! It was horrible! I called Kinetico and they arranged to have someone come out. Chuck came to the house and tested the water. Since I could not afford a whole house RO system he recommended a Sulfur Guard unit. Chuck was very friendly, professional and explained everything to us. A few days later a wonderful gentleman came out (I think his name was David) to install the unit. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. Everything was installed quickly and looks nice and neat and clean out back the house. Taking a shower after having the equipment installed was a dream come true! No more smelly, icky water and no more residue feeling on my skin! I signed up for their maintenance plan so that my unit will always be maintained and kept in top shape. Kinetico is a great company. Everyone that I spoke to over the phone and the gentlemen who came out to the house were friendly and professional. I am so glad to have clean water and I highly recommend them! Thank you!!

We had an old Kinetico system (12 years)...upgraded to the newest....seamless....effortless....Chuck was great and the installer was awesome! Installer even stopped by a couple days later to check on the system and to see if we had any issue!

We love our new Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis system! Dishes clean up easier. Laundry is soft. Our skin feels great! The fact that the water softener doesn't run on electricity is a big plus. Great customer service, too.
