I have gone there for pool supplies and found the staff to be extremely helpful. They are very knowledgeable about their products and have never tried to oversell us anything. We had went to Artic Spa previously and were not only told we needed more products but felt like we were an annoyance! Morton's staff make you feel like you are not just appreciated but you are a friend.
These guys did an excellent job. They seemed to have everything I needed to get my stove going. The best part though was on one of the parts they couldn't get, they pointed me to a rival company who could get it! So even though they weren't making the money off of me, they did what they could to make sure I was helped and satisfied. I appreciate all of them down there. Great job!
We had an older pellet stove that wasn't working well and most of the parts were obsolete. There service department was wonderful. We ended up buying a new stove. Mortons had a wide variety of pellet stoves and price ranges that fit our needs. I felt like they listened to my needs and took the time to teach me about the different options that are out there. They were not pushy and seemed caring. I would recommend them to any one.
