Aho Construction

We love our Aho home in Rivendell - we’ve been in it now for 2 1/2 years. While we wouldn’t buy the standard model, the upgrades were well worth the cost! We really like the one story floor plan (1852) as this will become our retirement home - not too big and not too small. We had very few items that had to be taken care of and all were done timely by Aho without any hassle. And we liked that at 1 year they would come back and fix things that had come up over the year - you just don’t find everything when you first move in. The insulation must be good because we never hear the a/c or heater and gas/electric bills are low.

The buying process couldn’t have been easier. Because we were moving from out of state we had to make decisions quickly - no model so we just went off the paper floor plan. Also we were not around while the house was built and it all turned out wonderfully without our “supervision”.

A definite plus to Rivendell is its easy access to I205.

In short, we highly recommend Aho as the builder and Rivendell as the location.
