Cut & Color Box

worst place, went in for a touch up, came out with different color hair, she took 6+ inches off my hair without my permission. tells me well it will grow like grass! .. Plus before she went to towel dry me I had to tell her the back of head was still filled with dye.. she rinsed again and said what's left to get with a spray bottle?
Everything in there is nasty, filled with dust.. nor aseptic cleaning products, all hair styling stuff looks dirty.. I cringed. .she started blow drying my hair and smoke kept coming out of the dryer.. She does not know what she is doing! I was hoping to find someone close to home that was a disaster . She got a tip as I was trying to find the least I could give but only found a higher amount. I really had to get out before I was impolite. I got in my truck & almost went back inside but knew it would not end well so went home! My hair is LIGHT brown. She touched up with DARK brown.. so I have 2 toned hair. one of the first things I told her I do NOT like dark or blonde on me! I guess she does what "she thinks is best without customers consent" a total waste of money. I saw her do a lady in between my sessions. Poor lady barely had 100 hairs on head she cut, curled why I don't know as it did not stay nothing to hold it & charge $15. The lady did not give her a tip and wondered why!
