        Overall

        I got a quote from Truecar.com and lady from Keyes Toyota called confirming the price and inviting to finalize the deal. When I got there 30 min later - she was gone home. Another salesman ask me to wait, but also confirmed that they can honor the price. 15 min later one of the floor managers showed up and gave me $1000 higher price with no chance to negotiate. He was rude and unfriendly. I don't want to have any business with this dealership and would not recommend to any of my friends.

        The lounge was clean and comfortable. There was a hot drink machine where you could get coffee as well as lattes and hot chocolate for free.
