GeoConcepts, Inc. was formed in 1995 to provide full service Geology and Geotechnical (Soils) Engineering Services by combining the professional experiences and expertise of Robert (Bob) Sousa and Scott Walter. GeoConcepts, Inc. has expanded over the years to include additional licensed geologists, licensed engineers and certified soils technicians. Our staff of professionals have extensive backgrounds in projects including, but not limited to, custom single-family residences, apartment buildings, condominium complexes, residential tracts, commercial buildings, business/retail centers, school sites, large hillside tract grading, building additions, retaining walls, swimming pools, property subdivisions, earthquake fault studies, landslide exploration, distressed residence/foundation mitigation, forensic investigations, land subsidence, earth embankment dams, water tank sites, and private sewage disposal systems.
