I would never go here in a million years. The nightmare started before I even walked in the door. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I called and made the appointment the Monday before today giving the gal my name, age, why I was going and my insurance company. I gave her my correct phone number also. I never got a confirmation but I figured oh well. My appointment was at 6:50 at night. She told me I could fill out all my paper work online and I DID. I spent the half hour of my life last Monday filling things out online and printing out paperwork to take with me. I arrive at 6:40 at the front door and it's locked. The door says if you have a late appointment to use the side door. I walk around the building for a few minutes finding all these different offices. We see a girl who says everyone is closed but I asked where the gyno was at. She took me though all these back rooms and out a door and she said go to the left. I have never been here so I am lost. It's 6:49 so I call the place and say "I have an appointment in a minute and I am lost." The receptionist asked my name and said "we didnt think you were coming because we called and your number is disconnected" I told her I was talking to her from the number I had given them last week. I told her I am walking around aimlessly and she said in a very very rude tone that they were behind McDonald's. I head that way still on the phone and she said "I bet you didnt even fill out the paper work either" I told her that I did already. She remarked "we have no record of anything from you and new patients who don't fill out their paperwork online need to come 15 minutes early... Let me ask the doctor if she still wants to see you." I walked in at 6:51. She was being so unbelievably rude about my paperwork that THEY lost online that I had no idea what to think. She fights with me over my cell phone number again and was about to take the paperwork I had with me that had more of my personal information on but my gut said "don't do it" I had been treated so badly before I even walked in the door this wasn't going to be good. I told her that I felt like I was being treated horribly and walked out. I still can't believe that a place that takes care of woman in their most personal state would treat people like that. I was already scared and nervous because this was my first visit ever and this happened. How discouraging. I'm afraid of what would have happened if I got any further into that place. I also work in the service industry and would never dream of being so rude. My boss would never accept our guests being made to feel that way. Like I said if its your first time do not ever deal with them.
