        Installed a pump with one year warranty. It broke after 7 months. They showed up. Took the warranty card. Left the pump in the tank and never came back or repainted to texts and phone calls. All courteous, mind you. Crazy that a company like this has good reviews. Maybe most reviews are for pumping septic tanks which anyone with a truck can do. Avoid like the plague for anything else. Oh yeah, we'll be there late morning means 515pm. And the last time the guy came by he acted like he was on something. Jittery, huge Bambi pupils and endless motion in all limbs. We've learned our lesson w bad companies like this.
