My central AC went out for our office. Pipe Doctor came out quickly, went up on the roof and in less than an hour fixed the issue. The repair total was more than I expected and my usual guy is cheaper but I needed it fixed ASAP.

I am very impressed and happy with Pipe Doctor. They provided fast service last night when I did not have hot water. The final bill was reasonable for emergency services.

I am very pleased with how professional the technician was - and even called personally the next day to make sure everything was working well and if I have any questions. I can't comment on price because I have no comparison, but I feel I got an incredible value for my money. Mike and his assistant George went above and beyond, in my opinion. They are an asset to the company and I will not hesitate to call them again for any future issues. My initial call was for no heat in my home. Mike immediately found the problem, fixed it, but then instead of leaving, checked the gases to make sure they were normal. They weren't. Mike showed me that my carbon monoxide was over 40,000 when obviously it shouldn't be that high. After a few "adjustments" and a cleaning, it was down to ZERO. Like I said, above and beyond! I am so thankful I called Pipe Doctor.

Service man arrived early, but I was waiting anyway. They are very clean and courteous but I think a little expensive. To fix the leak under my kitchen sink they had to replace all the old pipe that was wrapped with duct tape and luckily all the parts and pipes they needed was on the truck.

I hired Pipe Doctor to convert my house from oil to gas heating. Since we didn't have gas in the house or even in the street, I knew it was going to be a difficult and expensive task. Mike from Pipe Doctor gave me several proposed system installation quotes and discussed that if my neighbors wanted to convert, National Grid would likely bring the gas line down the block. This was in June. From June to August, Pipe Doctor and 2 other plumbing contractors managed to get the entire block to convert. My conversion happened the day before Thanksgiving, we were supposed to do it the week after, but I was running low on oil and didn't want to buy more. Mike and his crew of 4 men started at 730am. The village inspector came as promised at 10am, and the gas meter came at 3pm. They system was up at running at 5pm. They did to complete job. Chimney lining, oil tank removal, permits, National Grid paperwork, and most importantly, CLEANED UP everything. Not a speck of dirt or dust to be found. They are true professionals to their trade and a valuable asset for the community. Thank you again!

Incredible experience dealing with this company. My central air conditioning went out the other night and we woke up hot and humid. I found them here on Facebook since they got voted the best ac company on Long Island in the newspaper. Woman who answered phone was very nice, even tried giving me some tips before making a service call. Didn't work, so she sent out Leon to my house an hour later. He was quick to find the issue, a blown part inside the compressor. Replaced it, and he was on his way. Service was a bit expensive, but I have no idea. Was worth every cent though since they were done by 8:30am and I was off to work at my normal time.

My central ac needed freon and only Pipe Doctor could come same day. They were expensive, but arrived exactly as I was told over the phone and quickly got the job done. The guy explained why I needed freon, options to find and fix and gave me an idea of what it would take to get running again. I decided just to add the freon as we are moving soon. Overall good, would be excellent but it was an expensive repair.

My water heater busted last night and I tried my usual plumber. Turned out he retired. Told me to call Pipe Dr. They came out late this morning and had a new water heater on the truck. Replaced it in less than 2 hours. Fast service. Good pricing. Neat and clean. Great job guys!

Thanks for fixing my heat this morning. Your guy was amazing and knew what was wrong the second he looked at the boiler. Serious. Within 1 second, he pushed a button on the pipe and it came right on. The repair wasn't a second, but that just shows he knew what was wrong!
