        Overall

        Carl and Valley Springs Glass is the worst experience I've ever had....EVER!...Carl seem pretty slow when it comes to receiving directions, but once you get it through to him, his promises of dates or ETA's are met with "I'm sorry, I meant Tue of next week, not THursday of this week as I've said". The quality of work is below ANY Grade to even be given a rating. I'll never use this company again! THe only reason I gave 1 star here is because I had to to make a comment! VS Glass deserves 0 stars.....Buyers BEWARE!
